Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is clean and free of any festival wear or scents.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
